may have.
1)
What
is “Short Run”?
“Short
run” is a term used to describe printing in small quantity. As a short run
book producer, we offer a minimum order of 25 copies (hard cover) with family
history books, 50 copies with our regular hard cover production, and 200 for our
quality paperback books.
2)
How
much does it cost to produce each book?
The cost of producing a family history book depends on the number of
pages and the physical size of the finished book. For example, the
price of producing a 200 page, 8 ˝” x 11” book in hardcover without color
printing is approx. $19.95 ea., based on an order of 50 books.
3)
Do
I prepare my own page layout?
You have
the choice of doing this yourself or having one of our designers prepare the
page layout for you.
4)
Is
the hard cover option the best for my family history book?
We feel that the hardcover option is usually the best for
family history books. Our hardcover books are
designed to last for generations while other binding formats such as paperback
and coil binding are not as durable.
5)
How
do I submit my finished manuscript for printing?
Complete information on submitting a manuscript is
found on our family
history book page.

Will
I be notified when you receive my submission?
Yes. We will notify you immediately upon arrival
of your manuscript.

Do
I receive a printed proof of my work?

approximately 3-5 weeks.
